single number (112) based emergency response system for
citizens in emergencies. Each State/ UT is required to
designate a dedicated Emergency Response Centres (ERC)

Registration by deploying 400+ people at BESCOM office for seamless operations
Handled more than 25000 calls per day and successfully provided the services for a
decade
During COVID 19 Pandemic crises situation, provided outstanding 24x7 helpline
support by recruiting 240 people within 7 days to cater citizen of Karnataka through
BESCOM helpline 1912 to support BBMP

BESCOM DISTRIBUTION AUTOMATION SYSTEM (DAS)
The DAS project in BESCOM is to automate the 11kV Distribution
network for remote monitoring, control and operation of the 11kV
network in the Bangalore City. The implementation of Distribution
Automation in the Bangalore City will enhance reliability and quality
of power supply. The revenue realization will improve due to the reduction
in down time for fault location and quick restoration achieved through
the Distribution Automation system comprising of SCADA and Advance DMS
application software.
KARNATAKA PUBLIC LANDS CORPORATION LTD (KPLC)
Karnataka Public Lands Corporation Ltd (KPLC)
is a fully Government owned Company established on 1-12-2008,
to deal with the matters relating to lands belonging to Government
of Karnataka or satutary bodies. The mandate of the company is to
secure thousands of acres of government land, recovered from
encroachers and ensure its proper utilization.

For Karnataka Urban Water Supply & Drainage Board, provided 24x7 Helpline services. During this tenure, extended our services to support “Chennai flood in 2015” as “Communication Bridge to Chennai Flood Rescue and Relief Center (CRRC)” by using “HAM operators” for successful rescue operation, when all other technology failed, which enabled CRRC for faster rescue operations
Karnataka State Workers Welfare And Social Security (Ashadeepa)
We had provided advisory services to KSWWSS (Karnataka State Workers Welfare And Social
Security (Ashadeepa) Society in the field Data Analysis and Reporting: Field Survey and
stakeholder consultations are preliminary inputs for analysis and subsequent management
decisions. Significant volume of data generated for various schemes/programs across the
state require timely analysis and feedback to policy makers and approving authorities.
Project Management Support: Supervised end-to-end implementation of reforms to ensure
compliance of project plan, technical standards and meeting effectiveness and to achieve
the intended objectives
KREIS (Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society) was running with 520 Moraji
Desai / Kitturu Rani Chenamma / Eklavya Model / Atal Bihari Vajapai Residential Schools and
Colleges with an objective of providing quality education to rural SC/ST and OBC students.
The sanctioned strength of these residential schools for the year 2106-17 was 1,22,970
students.
A 24x7 Control room/helpline for the benefit and fast readdress of the grievances and other
information from the Students, Staff, Parents and General public at all levels in relation to
Residential Schools and Colleges being managed by the KRIES from all modes of
communication, including Social Media and Mobile Apps.

Our associations with WorldSpace satellite radio was unique, it was to promote
subscription based radio channels, thus acquiring new subscriptions and retain

Subscribers retention was one the competitive and very challenging tasks as
most of other channels were providing free services..
In spite of challenging and competitive environment, we successfully sold more
than 35,000 units/3 years worldsapce satellite radio receivers along with
subscription pack by using “on-mobile’’ platform and today the similar services
has been advanced as an online platform ex. Amazon, Flipkart etc..
